Abstract

The Class guide System is an innovative student education management mode, which is an effective means for peers to help meet the new requirements for student education in the new era. The class guide should be a good assistant and effective supplement for the counselor. In the work, he adheres to the principle of being able to get close to each one and learn. In the end, he will achieve the “three wins” result of the growth of the class leader, the progress of the lower grade students, and counselors can work powerfully.
