Abstract

The existing literature research on crime news focuses on the report itself, and few studies focus on the media. This article takes Weixin and Weibo as the main body, chooses "Yueqing Drop Down Windmill Incident" as the clue, combs the main news portal, judicial professionals and individuals'reporting content, and summarizes the anomie problems existing in the reporting, focusing on the characteristics of crime reporting on the new media platform.In view of the characteristics of new media and the current problem of anomie, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the standardization of crime news reporting.
