Abstract
Based on the perspective of social interaction theory, this paper analyses the impact of organizational environment on employees' life values, introduces the concept of realization degree of life values, and constructs a comparative study model of employees' life values and their realization degree on organizational citizenship behavior. Through 529 paired data analysis, it is found that the higher the degree of realization of employees' life values, the more positive organizational citizenship behavior employees have.
