Using a data set from 207 electronics and information industries in China, the structural equation modeling (or SEM) results clearly indicate that team learning can improve business model innovation and firm performance. Moreover,by drawing on empirical evidence from Chinese electronics and information industries, this research study contributes to the current literature on the construct validity of team learning scale.
