Abstract

Cultivation of college students' innovation ability is a necessary condition for building an innovation-oriented country and a strong country in science and technology. This paper takes School of Economics and Management of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an example. From the aspects of constructing innovative education system, creating innovative practice platform, organizing and participating in scientific, technological innovation competition, innovating the work of student management, this paper explores new ways to cultivate college students' innovative ability.
