Abstract
			On the basis of analyzing the principle and performance of the energy detection algorithm, the algorithm is simulated and analyzed by MATLAB. The relationship between detection probability and signal-to-noise ratio under CFAR probability is studied, and the detection performance is analyzed. The simulation results show that the energy detection algorithm does not need to know the prior knowledge of the signal, and it is simple to implement and has low computational complexity. It can be applied to the spectrum sensing of cognitive radio as a preliminary coarse detection to improve the detection efficiency.
