Abstract

The socialist legal culture is an important part of China's cultural system also is a critical inheritance and development of traditional culture. The socialist legal culture is an accurate reflection of socialist basic values such as democracy and rule of law, freedom and equality, fairness and justice, and protection of human rights in our country. It can represent the Party's views and the will of the people. It is the main manifestation of socialist spirit of rule of law and basic ethics. It can realize the complete unity of the theoretical basis of rule of law and the practice of rule of law, and ensure the rule of law. The principles and policies of governing the country have been fully implemented, and through systematic propaganda and education of the rule of law, the basic rule of law behavior of the people can be trained to form good daily habits. Socialist culture of rule of law plays an important role in the harmonious and stable development of our society and deserves further study.
