Abstract

Xia Fabric Embroidery in Jiangxi Province is a kind of embroidery method which uses Xia fabric as embroidery base and is named after it. It mainly comes from hemp embroidery. At the beginning of this century, in the process of choosing national intangible heritage, our country included it in the case. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the situation of Jiangxi traditional Xia Fabric Embroidery. This paper introduces the emergence and development of Jiangxi traditional Xia Fabric Embroidery, lists its artistic characteristics, carries out a comprehensive analysis of its technical features and analyses its protection and inheritance. It is hoped that the summary and analysis of the relevant content in this paper provides greater help for the actual development, make greater progress in Jiangxi traditional Xia Fabric Embroidery, and bring greater impetus to the protection and development of our traditional culture.
