Abstract

As for the weak pertinence and timeliness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities at present, most colleges and universities have integrated career planning education into Ideological and political education. The integration of the two can further strengthen the timeliness of Ideological and political work to adapt to the current very severe employment situation. This paper takes Marxist theory as a guiding mechanism, further strengthens the cultural construction of campus to form a consensus mechanism, implements the timeliness mechanism formed by social practice activities, and strengthens the construction of teaching staff to form a professional mechanism, which is an important form of integration of the two.
