At present, there is a big gap between the quality of accounting personnel training and market demand in Higher Vocational Colleges in China. Modern apprenticeship system is a talent training mode to meet the requirements of economic development and industrial restructuring. The key is to improve students' post skills and adaptability through in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and joint teaching of teachers and teachers.
