Abstract

Under the background of College English teaching reform, this paper explores the effectiveness of learners' autonomous learning of listening, speaking and speaking on the basis of network learning platform. By guiding students' knowledge acquisition, thinking training and personality development, intelligence testing can be generated and embodied in the process of "understanding true knowledge, correct judgment and proper implementation". Establish an effective university English network independent learning evaluation system to eliminate the negative factors that may occur in the process of independent learning. Improve the enthusiasm, stability and learning efficiency of students' participation in independent learning, and build a smart learning environment to meet the individualized learning needs of college English. The reconstruction vision of the college English learning environment is put forward, in order to realize the innovative university English wisdom test-oriented learning method and achieve the best teaching effect.
