With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards and cultural literacy, people have new expectations for the construction of early childhood education evaluation system. The construction of pre-school education evaluation system should follow the principles of language, society, health, science and art. The structure and development direction of preschool children's education research are analyzed by means of Co-word Analysis method. According to the characteristics of preschool children's education, the basic framework of the evaluation index system of preschool children's education is put forward. The research shows that the evaluation system and the security system explore how to construct a scientific, reasonable and practical practical teaching system, which provides a reference for the training of applied talents in preschool education and the development of preschool education in higher normal colleges.
