Abstract

With the deepening of economic globalization, enhancing the quality of the nation and strengthening the national competitiveness depend on talent team construction, which ultimately relies on education. As the important power of talent cultivation base and scientific work, university plays a crucial role for our country to carry out the three major strategies, including developing the country through science and education, strengthening the country through talents and realizing sustainable development, which is closely related to economic and social development.
