Abstract

The grass-roots Party organizations in Colleges and universities are small command centers set up by the Party in Colleges and universities, which can unite the hearts of the people and grasp the direction of the development of colleges and universities. The necessary means for the Party to establish its leadership and core position in Colleges and universities is to carry out the work of Party building at the grass-roots level in Colleges and universities. In order to do a better job in Party building at the grass-roots level, colleges and universities have made innovations in Party building at the grass-roots level to integrate it with teaching and research. This process requires colleges and universities to formulate normative systems, constantly strengthen the leadership of the Party, and build relevant platforms. Through these ways, we can not only continuously promote the construction of colleges and universities, but also integrate the grass-roots party building work into reality, and constantly develop in depth.
