The "double teacher teaching" model is built on the "MOOC 1+1" teaching model. This paper is based on the promotion of the "double teacher teaching" project of basic education in Yulong Naxi Autonomous County. Through the questionnaire survey and the interview form, carries on the discussion to the village school teacher's training existence question. Then the author puts forward the method of teacher training based on "double teacher teaching" mode.
