Abstract
The "Internet + Education" proposal has promoted the in-depth integration of education and information technology in China. Furthermore, it has accelerated the progress of education reform and completely broking the previous teaching model to bring it into line with the times. In the context of "Internet + education", how to use the flip classroom-teaching mode in the college English class is an important issue for the majority of English teachers. This article will mainly interpret the basic content and cognition of "Internet + Education", expound the current situation and problems of college English traditional teaching under the background of "Internet + education", and then put forward the practice of using the "Internet + education" to use the flip classroom teaching mode.
