Abstract

In order to construct the joint teaching forces for ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges, schools should integrate relevant departments of ideological and political education, improve the educational environment and resources, gradually infiltrate ideological and political education in the process of teaching and management, comprehensively improve the teaching effect of ideological and political education, and construct the joint teaching forces to the largest extent. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should boldly innovate and explore new education modes for ideological and political courses, and expand new ways of educating people on the basis of combining ideological and political course teaching with campus culture. The new requirements of educating people by linking ideological and political courses with the employment and entrepreneurship education should be met. Meanwhile, a strong team for the ideological and political theory courses can guarantee the construction of joint teaching forces in higher vocational colleges.
