Abstract

This paper points out that applying artificial intelligence technology to distance education system can identify and classify massive data captured from the Internet at high speed, so as to realize unified management of educational resources, and provide accurate positioning and personalized learning services for learners. By analyzing and comparing the methods of machine learning and deep learning, the logical structure of distance education system based on artificial intelligence technology is designed. The system’s working process is described gradually from data layer, logical layer to performance layer, and the main functions of the system are analyzed and explained from the perspectives of learners, teachers and managers, thus providing a theoretical basis for the concrete implementation of the system.
