Abstract

language is one of the carriers of memes，and the replication and propagation of meme itself depends on language.This article takes "confirmed the eyes", one of the "top 10 Internet terms of 2018", as an example, from the perspective of language meme phenomenon to analyze and study its development changes and semantic features. It has been found that its semantics, grammatical features and emotional color have changed greatly from the initial use.
