Abstract
This paper explores the effect of detailed nursing management in operating room on controlling hospital infection. The main subjects of study were 100 patients treated in the operating room of the hospital from 2016 to 2018. To investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection in surgical patients within one year, and randomly select 28 nurses to investigate the quality of their work. Routine nursing and detailed nursing methods in operating room were given respectively. Infection status and nursing satisfaction of patients were analyzed and compared. Studies have shown that after careful management, the quality and safety of care are greatly improved, and the hospital infection rate is significantly reduced. After comparison, it was found to have significant differences (P < 0.03). Detail management for the purpose of infection prevention can provide excellent infection prevention in the operating room and is an excellent management method. Helping patients recover faster and improve the relationship between nurses and patients, it is worthy of increasing clinical promotion and application.
