To investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection in surgical patients within one year, and randomly select 28 nurses to investigate the quality of their work. Routine nursing and detailed nursing methods in operating room were given respectively. Infection status and nursing satisfaction of patients were analyzed and compared. Studies have shown that after careful management, the quality and safety of care are greatly improved, and the hospital infection rate is significantly reduced. After comparison, it was found to have significant differences (P < 0.03).
