Abstract

In recent years, PPP model has been implemented in the construction industry, which can effectively alleviate the shortage of funds and maximize the use of social capital. However, there are many risks in all stages of construction project under PPP model. This paper analyses the risks in the preparation stage, building stage and operation stage of construction projects, and gives risk prevention measures, sharing measures, mitigation measures and avoidance measures to provide some references for relevant researchers.
