Abstract
Every social worker has his own ethnic group identity. Qualified national social workers need to reflect on their ethnic identity in practice, in order to adhere to the role of social workers and avoid the identity of social workers replaced as ethnic group. The reflection of ethnic social workers is different from that of technical rationality, and it is the reflection of practical reason. Reflection of practical reason is the reflection of Marxist practice theory, and also more in line with the requirements of application-oriented personnel training model.
