Abstract

By analyzing the development status of cross-border e-commerce in Optics Valley, the changes in the demand structure of talents in the market are obtained, and the characteristics and reform status of vocational education in higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province are further combined to explain their compatibility with cross-border e-commerce needs, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province.
