Abstract

The development of physical education can not only improve the physical quality of students, but also promote the realization of physical education goals. Therefore, in order to better accomplish the goal of physical education, we must innovate teaching methods in physical education classroom teaching. The paper elaborates on the application of the tiered teaching method in college physical education, hoping to have some positive impact on readers.
