Abstract

In the current university system construction, the student management and service system is indispensable. With the continuous improvement of universities, the management and service of college students has become increasingly prominent. Whether we can do a good job in the management and service system of college students has become the focus of the problem. At present, most college student management and service systems still rely on administrative constraints to achieve; backward concepts directly lead to many problems in student management and service system. The purpose of management and service is not to really manage, but to provide students with a better learning environment. To improve the management and service system of modern university students, it is necessary to be "managed" from "managers" to "managed". In order to change the management concept, we should change the administrative restraint into the students' self-restraint, and change the students' management and service system from inside to outside. By analyzing many problems in the management, this paper summarizes a more reasonable and humane system, hoping to change the defects in the management and service system of college students.
