Abstract

Taking the management work on campus as the main body, this paper expounds in detail the current management problems such as restricting students' personality development, lack of communication between teachers and students, low quality of managers, and the future prospects of perfecting management system, enriching campus culture, strengthening mental health education and improving management level.
