Abstract

Supply chain system plays an important role in enterprise logistics management. Based on the analysis of the related concepts of logistics management, logistics management should not only emphasize the organization, coordination and control of logistics activities, but also actively innovate logistics service content, upgrade logistics technology, strengthen supply chain supervision and management, and promote the long-term and stable development of enterprises through the coordination of supply chain and logistics management. Starting from the connotation and characteristics of supply chain system, this paper analyses the problems existing in current enterprise logistics management, and studies and discusses the strengthening strategy of enterprise logistics management based on supply chain system.
