Abstract

In the new era, the economic and cultural exchanges between China and the world are closer, and the pluralistic ideas in the exchanges have a great impact on people. As the fastest group to receive information and ideas, the thoughts of college students also show this trend. In order to promote the correct guidance of Ideological and political education to college students, it is necessary to realize the educational concept of "people-oriented" in education. This paper aims to provide some useful suggestions for the ideological and political education workers through the research on promoting the scientific ideological and political education in universities by "people-oriented management".
