Abstract

To work closely around the center of the campus personnel training, the students at all levels can help the students to study in the team, and play an active role in the students' ideological guidance and growth. The function of campus student's organization is undergoing a gradual change in the background of carrying out the scientific development view and building a harmonious campus in various colleges and universities in our country. Based on the author's learning and time experience, this paper first analyzed the changes of the function of the student's organization in the construction of the harmonious campus, and finally put forward the development and optimization of the university student organization.
