Abstract

Among the various factors in promoting the development and innovation of swimming techniques, the most important one is the change of competition rules. Every change of the rules would bring revolution in swimming techniques. This paper had made a research on the development and innovation of competitive swimming techniques from the perspective of competition rules, which is helpful for us to understand the development trend of competitive swimming techniques under the influence of changes in rules.
