Abstract

With the development of China's legal cause, legal protection means are increasing. From the point of current knowledge, it is known that virtual property is a special type, and the virtual property criminal law regulation and the protection path must be constantly enriched. The implementation of various work should adhere to the scientific design of the program, improve the protection level of criminal law, and make a good setting and implementation of the types of virtual property, so as to provide more guarantees for national development and social progress. On the other hand, the implementation of the regulation and protection of the virtual property criminal law should insist on the control and solution of dynamic factors and make a thorough grasp. This paper discusses the issue and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
