Abstract

One of the main reasons for the inefficiency of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the lack of humanistic care. Strengthening humanistic care is the inevitable choice of ideological and political work in the new era. Humanistic care in ideological and political work in colleges and universities should follow the requirements of respecting student’s principal position, meeting the needs of different students and paying attention to practicality. The realization path of humanistic care in ideological and political work in colleges and universities mainly includes updating education ideas, constructing harmonious campus, strengthening network propaganda and enhancing teacher’s quality.
