Abstract
			According to the requirements of the enterprise development strategy, the management system of human capital can stimulate the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the staff, improve the productivity and economic benefit, and promote the development of the enterprise by optimizing the allocation of human resources in a planned way. This paper constructs a management system to enhance human capital based on the talent management chain.
