Abstract

With the continuous implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy, trade between China and Russia becomes frequent, and the demand for Russian language talents is bound to increase. Based on the development strategy of "Belt and Road ", this paper analyzes the objectives, characteristics and existing problems of the training of Russian international talents, and puts forward the path of talent training and implementation, in order to promote the overall quality of Russian language talents in China and to cultivate high-quality talents who are more suitable for the development of "Belt and Road ".
