Abstract

The effective protection and management of intellectual property rights is the key to the protection of private technology companies and the stability of the market, and it is also a major challenge. Enterprises should reasonably choose the protection methods of technological achievements according to the form of technological achievements and the management mode and ability of the company's own intellectual property rights.
