Abstract

The Internet platform economy is an economic model newly developed in recent years. Due to its relatively short development time, the problems in practical applications are also prominent. This paper focuses on the research of Internet platform economy and cooperative governance model. The paper first introduces the market failure phenomenon of the Internet platform, then introduces the main characteristics of the Internet platform economy, and finally introduces the structural framework of the platform economic governance cooperation model.
