Abstract

Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Development and Opening Pilot Area is the key point of economic growth in Northeast Asia. This paper uses the convenient conditions brought by the national “One Belt and One Road” policy, adjusts the economic structure, vigorously develops tourism, builds folk villages, and builds a mutual trust mechanism. We will build a platform for attracting investment, introduce high-tech talents, open up ways of product innovation, and adjust the industrial structure of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Area to promote industrial integration. By broadening the industrial integration path and enhancing economic cooperation, the aim is to create common progress and prosperity in Northeast Asia.
