Abstract
Since the 1990s, with the continuous advancement of economic globalization, the scale of international capital flows has been increasing. Especially since the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the cross-border capital inflows of developing countries represented by China have increased significantly. , thus increasing the difficulty of policy implementation. This paper analyzes the characteristics of international capital flows from the aspects of international capital flow speed, fluctuations, flow patterns, and flow subjects, and summarizes its impact on different types of countries through empirical research methods, and proposes corresponding policy recommendations.
