Abstract

English has become an increasingly important part of the current global affairs and has developed globally. There are still many problems in the current English education in China. Faced with the development of the global economy, English education encounters many new challenges and opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to deepen the reform of current college English education and explore and analyze the shortcomings of the current English education model. Where, determine the purpose and concept of college English education reform, and promote the development of college English education. This paper expounds the purpose and concept of college English education reform, and finally summarizes some strategies to achieve the purpose and concept of college English teaching reform, and provides some reference suggestions.
