Abstract

With the gradual reform and improvement of the economic system, the management model of enterprises is also constantly updated. At present, under the influence of the increasingly diversified external environment, the management model based on enterprise value has become a hot spot in economic management research. It has not only broken through the traditional management model, but also promoted the improvement of the enterprise management system. This paper aims to analyze the analysis of enterprise management model based on enterprise value, so as to provide a reference for the research and application of enterprise value management theory.
