Abstract

With the continuous advancement of higher education reform, literacy education is gradually entering people's horizons to replace the traditional "examination-oriented education". In 2016, with the release of The development of core literacy for Chinese students framework. the government has made clear requirements for the development of the core literacy of all students. This study is based on the goal of cultivating core literacy for students in Chinese colleges in response to the requirements of Education development in china. It attempts to build a cultivating system suitable for the development of the core literacy of college students from the aspects of cultivating subjects, cultivating levels, cultivating content and cultivating patterns etc,to promote the development of core literacy of college students in china.
