Abstract

Rural grass-roots party organizations are the bastion of the party's fighting in rural work, which are an important foundation for enhancing the party's creativity, cohesion, and battle effectiveness, and they are also the main sources for enhancing the credibility of party organizations. Taking the practice of the "First Secretary" for poverty alleviation in Z Town of Shanxi Province as a case study, this paper discusses how the "First Secretary" of poverty alleviation take the interests of the people as the starting point and destination of all work in the work of rural grassroots party organizations, and insist on the right to use for the people and benefit the people, how to improve public service capabilities, strengthen organizational support, improve governance performance , so as to gain the trust of the overwhelming majority of the people and enhance political identity.
