Abstract

Shaanxi must strengthen its own economic strength and gather to form a powerful radiation source in order to create a new starting point for the Silk Road Economic Belt and bring into play its traditional position and role in the Silk Road Economic Belt, and to make up for the lack of great decline in comprehensive strength. Talent is an indispensable and important force for economic development. The development strategy of "Belt and Road" in China has further promoted the process of internationalization development of Shaanxi colleges and universities, and has also provided new opportunities for the cultivation of international talents at Shaanxi colleges and universities at the same time. Therefore, Shaanxi needs to make use of the advantages of university resources, attach importance to the cultivation of "Belt and Road" strategic talents, promote the level of internationalization in an all-round way, and actively merge into the pattern of "Belt and Road".
