Abstract

In teaching college English, flipped classroom is student-centered, and mind mapping, as a kind of guiding and self-learning method, can effectively help college students save time, improve efficiency, clarify key points and enhance effectiveness when teaching mode of flipped classroom is adopted. Starting from the elaboration of the relationship between mind mapping and flipped classroom, this paper explores the strategic application of mind mapping in flipped classroom for College English teaching. It can be said that mind mapping plays a very significant role in guiding the effective teaching and learning of college English in flipped classroom.
