Abstract

Based on the DYNAFORM finite element platform, this paper studies the forming properties of round-hole flanging by two-pass incremental forming. By comparing the differences between two-pass incremental forming and single-pass incremental forming, this paper summarizes the characteristics of wall thickness distribution and flanging height of the two-pass incrementally formed round-hole flanging. Finally, the experimental results are verified through physical experiments.
