Abstract

The two military literature works: “Drawing Sword” and “Band of Brothers” are both very popular with the military fans, this paper makes comparisons between “Li Yunlong” and “Dick Winters”, who are war heroes in these two novels, and finds out the similarities and differences in different aspects, such as their identities, reputation, images and personal characters etc. It also makes an analysis of the causes of these differences with the consideration of the different values.
