Abstract

This article is about Construction management control over architectural engineering management First, it introduces the status of construction management control in architectural engineering management, and then analyzes its specific applications in three stages of architectural engineering projects: stage of construction preparation, stage of the construction process, and finally stage of completion acceptance. Finally, it analyzes potential problems of construction management control in the way of execution completing phase and gives corresponding solutions, like strengthening personnel training and improving management mechanism so as to provide references for a certain level architectural engineering managerial parties.
