Abstract
With accelerated urbanization, high-rise buildings have become increasingly prominent in engineering. However, the complexity of construction process itself and those procedures involved in high-rise construction often introduce latent and incidental quality-related safety risks which it is becoming increasingly challenging for project management/stakeholders to manage. Due to its importance on site, effective quality monitoring and risk warning mechanisms are particularly important in construction field, but how to implement them has become a key issue that needs urgent solution. This article is focused on the quality monitoring of high-rise building construction, systematically detailed analysis of key factors influencing quality monitoring, establish a full-process supervision system including risk identification of basic information collection, risk assessment and warning model as well as corresponding risk intervention and emergency response measures. Consequently, case studies of these common projects are performed to validate the applicability and practicality of the strategy being proposed. Research Results: The construction risks can be effectively reduced by means of the scientific quality monitoring and multi-level risk early warning mechanism, as well as the overall project quality level and safety level can be significantly improved; it is theoretical reference value in and practical guide significance in high-rise building construction supervision work.
