Abstract

This article presents some particulars of the innovative strategies found in construction project management according to construction quality control.It elaborates on the common problems in current construction project management about quality control such as backward management concept, complicated and large-scale management mode and unequal personal quality. Based on this framework, the paper provides several new theoretical approaches from different dimensions such as management concepts, management models, human resource management and information technology application to completely strengthen construction project quality and to encourage high-qualityand sustainable development of construction industry.
