Abstract

In view of the problems such as imperfect cultivation system of rational and peaceful mentality of college students, insufficient coping strategies, single methods and weak coordination, according to the theory of Marxist social mentality and positive psychology, questionnaire interview and data mining methods are used to analyze the causes, and the internal mechanism of cognitive bias, emotional disorder and resource dispersion on the weakening of mentality is studied. This paper puts forward the comprehensive countermeasures of concept guidance, resource linkage, practice education and precise adjustment, and applies them to carry out intervention experiments in colleges and universities. The practice proves that this method can improve the emotional stability and decrease the mental hazard rate.
